Terms of Service

By visiting Zoi Salon (50, MG Road, Bangalore) or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

All services at Zoi Salon are performed by trained specialists. We reserve the right to decline a service if we assess it may not be safe or suitable for your skin or hair condition.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Appointments are typically booked on WhatsApp. Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to a standard appointment (and 48 hours prior to a bridal / colour appointment) may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Advance payments

Bridal, large-party and colour-correction packages require an advance payment at booking. Advances are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to two times within 6 months.

4. Patch testing

For chemical services (colour, smoothening, peels), we require a patch test 48 hours prior. You are responsible for disclosing any allergies or skin conditions at consultation.

5. Children & minors

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all services for minors require guardian consent.

6. Personal belongings

Zoi Salon is not responsible for personal valuables left unattended on premises. We recommend keeping them with you.

7. Photography

We may occasionally photograph work at the chair for our social channels. We will always ask for your explicit verbal consent before taking or posting anything.

8. Grievances

If you have a concern about any service, please raise it within 48 hours of the appointment on WhatsApp at +91 98334 12222. We will respond within one working day.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
